I Have What Looks Like Pus Coming Out Of The

i have what looks like pus coming out of the tip of my penis with a slight burning sensation when i pee. there is no swelling but there seems to be what feels like a bump at the center of the shaft on the inside.
Those seem to be the only symtoms. is it an infection or an std?
