I Have White Crusty Spotss On My Legs Thghs And

i have white crusty spotss on my legs thghs and behind knees. going to dermatologist in week so only curious now not in area where there is wun and one physician said not to worry and i can dig them off with no consequence. i am a little leery of digging anything. is it old age (66). what are your thoughts?
