I Have Yeast Infection On Penis And Big Craks On

i have yeast infection on penis and big craks on foreskin was formed last time i tried masturbation. I am applying canesten ointment from two days . Should I stop masturbating and can i apply itcguard on penis as it is antifungal too. Should i apply any other ointment for healing of cracks quickly along with canasten. How is betadin for that purpose. how much time would it take to heal completely. I have acquired phenosis also.
