I Haven't Had My Period Since October 2016, It's Now

i haven't had my period since october 2016, it's now january 2017, i've taken pregnancy test and they all came back negative. just before i got in the shower i was cramping, and i still have the cramping. Could that be that i'm getting my period soon? or could i get pregnant without getting my period?
