I Hit My Elbow A Few Weeks Ago Pretty Hard.

i hit my elbow a few weeks ago pretty hard. it has been sore to the touch. Now there is a pocket of fluid that has developed on the end of my elbow. I have not had it checked out, due to thinking it was just bruised. should I be concerned? I still cannot put pressure on the end of my elbow.
