I Hurt My Lower Back Years Ago But Reacnetly My

i hurt my lower back years ago but reacnetly my tailbone area has been hurt alot, especially when i sit for awhile. Now if i squeeze my butt checks i get alot of pain. But i am also feeling alot of discomfort and feel like i have to urinate all the time. I know its sounds nuts but this is how i feel.
