I Injected Meth And Didn't Miss The Vein But When

i injected meth and didn't miss the vein but when i pulled out and put pressure on it with the alcohol swabs the area of the arm in the crook of the arm where i injected had a lump on the inside and the lump is still there. it is getting smaller now but i am still worried. am i supposed to use a warm cloth or ice on the area?
