I Just Began Taking The Depo Shot Last Month And

i just began taking the depo shot last month and im having irregular bleeding. i cant have sex like i want to and its becoming a issue. i have only had sex in the shower because i don't know if having sex will make the bleeding worse and i dont want to mess up the sheets. what do i do?
