I Just Changed My Infant Sons Diaper Who Was Recently

i just changed my infant sons diaper who was recently circumcised and i just noticed that the head of his penis is purple and when i went to clean it with wipes he freaked out in pain... WTF???? I am really worried his tip of his penis is definitely a purplish discoloration that was never there until today?? maybe yesterday?? Please tell me all possible reasons
