I Just Experienced Double Vision That Would Not Clear For

i just experienced double vision that would not clear for about 2 min. I was riding in a car when it happened. in the past 2 months i have had 2 episodes of "blurred" vision lasting about 30 sec each. Have not had vision problems prior to this and my last eye check up was last February, 2018. I do not know if this is something that requires immediate attention or not.
