I Just Found Out That My Valley Fever Blood Test

i just found out that my valley fever blood test came back not normal but not a concerning alleviation. M y doctor wants me to come back in 1-2 months to get it rechecked. My X-ray came back normal. I've been sick for over two months. My cough is really all that is left and tiredness. I want to know if I can continue my excercise now and? I've just started yoga last week but would like to get back to my instense cardio workouts. Also, Can you give me a good resource on upping my immune system. I have had a rough past year with sleep deprivation and I'm sure it hasn't helped too.
