I Just Got My Ruine Test And Culture Back It

i just got my ruine test and culture back it shows large leukocytes . blood in urine /trace

and the culture shows 100x E6 cfu/L escherichia coli

i am taking sulfameth/trimethoprim 400/80mg 2 twice a dat since dec 28 put my stocah is still painful?
