I Just Had A Baby 9 Weeks Ago Via C

i just had a baby 9 weeks ago via c section. the other day i had bleeding from a hemorrhoid that stained through my pants onto a chair. the bleeding stopped. however i started spotting. i breastfeed and use not other method. so i am concerned if it is my period or not and if i should seek medical care? I called my obgyn office and they stated i could be starting my period? i started having pain when i urinate again.
