I Just Had A Hemorrhoidectomy On Friday I Am Taking

i just had a hemorrhoidectomy on Friday I am taking stool doc-Q-lace and other natural products today I am very constipated and having abdominal pain due to urge for a bowel movement i tried and i was able to void just a few pieces and they were bloody when i wiped there was also blood. however i am afraid to put because i am scared i might rupture a stitch the Dr. not tell me if he put any stitches, i don't knpw what to do?
