I Just Had A Molar Removed On The Lower Right

i just had a molar removed on the lower right side..2 ?s i am still numb 6 hours later.. never before has this happened. lowerlip and jaw area..i also use breo and spirivia copd inhalers once a day.. what do i do about using them since your not to suck on anything for 72 hours..
