I Just Had A Tonsillectomy . Severe Pain Day 8

i just had a tonsillectomy . Severe pain day 8 -12 felt like i drank a glass of glass and fire. Went to the doctor who said could be an infection so gave me medicine . After taking medicine alot better. Everything progressing well . Day 20 developed blisters at back of throat and terrible ear pain again. very sore throat feels constricted. Why would i be getting lesions . Yesterday only one pain ok and today 5 on one side and two on other wall of where tonsil removed . Extremely sore throat again and feel sick
