I Just Had Bp Taken Last Night At 170/101 @

i just had bp taken last night at 170/101 @ 2300... then again at 0100 my bp was 163/80... i tend to have pretty high numbers i just am concerned... i stand 69.5 inches and weigh 222lbs. am i over weight due to high bp ord do i have high bp because i am overweight. i am physically fit for a mesomorphic body with the exception of the abdominal region. i do eat pretty clean... at least 75% organic. or is it the stress of the job. or just genetics
