I Just Had Carpal Tunnel Surgery On Both Wrists. My

i just had carpal tunnel surgery on both wrists. My skin is itching and I am three weeks out. I think it is from the healing process. But the past two days I am having been experiencing random shooting pains in my wrists. I want to know if it is normal or I need to call my doctor because it is something bad.
