I Just Out Of Nowhere Had A Pain Like A

i just out of nowhere had a pain like a charlie horse in my right arm between my elbow and shoulder and when i put my left hand where the pain was it felt like my muscle was moving around like something inside my arm was alive please help me understand what just happened
