I Just Recently Found Out I Have Ulcers In My

i just recently found out i have ulcers in my esophagus, a hernia, and now ive been having very sharp pain in my right side just under my rib cage for the better part of two weeks. yesterday on though today i have been unable to hold my balance due to the severity of the pain im having in my lower back. what are the causes.
