I Just Recently Had A Baby But Died And 31

i just recently had a baby but died and 31 weeks, they gave me magnesium while i was in the hospital so that i wouldn't have a seizure because of high blood preasure but they ended up give me to much and they notice that i had something wrong with my kidneys, i am hiv+ but my doctor said that my creatinine level was high at 1.07 month after i had my still born should i be worried.
