I Just Want To Ask Why I Got My Period

i just want to ask why i got my period 15 days early?i had my period oct. 23 and finished oct 27.i took micropil tablets on the 5th day of my period until oct 31.i stopped it cause i want to get pregnant..but now i got my period nov.9. Is there a tendency that i got pregnant? thanks you!
