I Just Wanted To Know Why I Dont Feel Pain

i just wanted to know why i dont feel pain like everyone else i know and in my entire life ive never had a bruse ,ive had alot of fractures and breaks racing motocross ,me and a freind just crashed almost exactly bumps cuts ,we where in same race-car hes all bruised up i have nothing .
