I Keep Getting Theese Real Bad Cramps That Folds Me

i keep getting theese real bad cramps that folds me over for ten to twenty minutes,i dont have a gallbladder,sometimes i vomit and wet myself,it feels like something balling up into a knot and getting stuck in my ribs,then it might travel to the lower part of my stomach,and i cant move,what could that be.
