I Keep Having This Feeling As If My Heart Stops

i keep having this feeling as if my heart stops for a split second and starts again right away and it shortens my breathe as if some one is grabbing my heart and releasing it really quickly and its continuous what can this be i went to the er yesterday and the doctor said my heart is fine.
