I Know This Sounds Crazy, But I Had A Medal

i know this sounds crazy, but i had a medal wire in my hand one day and decided to itch my nose and sit down at the same time, well the medal wire impaled alittle bit i think, because i pulled it out and it bled for a few minutes and then i seen some grey stuff, and then it stopped, i didnt go to the hospital, i wish i did, because my eyes burn, and im getting headaches, ive since went to the docter and had an mri, which they said looked fine but im worried?
