I Laid Down, Had Bubbleing In My Throat And Coughed

i laid down, had bubbleing in my throat and coughed up thick, dark red blood, 15 min. ago. it has tappered off in intensity but now a little discomfort under my sternum and still coughing up a little blood but not as bad. cannot , comfortably, take a deep breath.
