I Lost My Left Ovary 2011 Due To Ovarian Test

i lost my left ovary 2011 due to ovarian test now since then have not been able to conceive this year on 1st feb did a hsg which showed my right tube patent also i did fsh blood test confirmed levels at 12.9 my doctor immediatley gave me menopar injection on 3rd and put me on gonal treatment .on my 14th day of ovulation went for vaginal scan confirmed mu uterus large with normal thickening and no follicles seen...i had my periods on 28th january could i be pregnant and was sexually active from 4th ?
