I M 22 Wweks Pregnant And Having Almost Nil Amniotic

i m 22 wweks pregnant and having almost nil amniotic fluid level. i m leaking fluid also. my gynae has suggested me complete bedrest and prescribed argipreg sachet tice daily. I m worried about the fate of my pregnancy. Right now my baby is well. FISH report came out to be ok and foetal echo is also fine. Kindly suggest me what can i do increase the fluid level...
