I M 47 Years Old.my Period Had Stopped For 6

i m 47 years old.my period had stopped for 6 months now this i got it. bleeding is there for 12 days. i started pause daily twice already 5 days over still bleeding is there
my question is can continue with pause still bleeding stops or should i go to doctor immedietely?
