I M 67 Yr Old Man Hving Type 2 Dm

i m 67 yr old man hving type 2 dm for 5 yrs and hypertension and hypo thyroid . my bp is under control with repace af and tsh is within normal limit with 50 mg thyronorn . i m taking gemmer2 -glimepride 2 andmetformin500mg . my fbs remains within 100 but pp sugar level risei to 180to 200mg . for last 6 months me triglyceride level is 300mg althogh im taking roseday 5 mg daily( rosuvastatin ).kindly advise for cotol dm and trygleride.
