I M Diabetic Patient , I Became Weak After Diabeties,

i m diabetic patient , i became weak after diabeties, my age is about 70 years, i m using humulin insulin 40 morning and 30 in evening, but stil shugar becom high, i m also high bp patient, plz advice me what should i do . thanks p
