I Missed My Period From Last 3 Months.i Checked Pregnancy

i missed my period from last 3 months.i checked pregnancy test couple of times but every time its shows negative. i checked with doctor.he has given promolot N tablet. i am continuing with the same but my period has not happened till now.kindly suggest me for this .thank you
