I Missed My Period Last Year For Six Month So

i missed my period last year for six month so i went to my doctor, he said i should take the oral pill and he inserted copper t in my body for a month, so the following month which was january this year my period came and since then till today have not seen my period and the hpt i did was negative. pls wat can i do.
