I Missed While Injecting Meth. In My Hand And Its

i missed while injecting meth. in my hand and its swollen with blister, also missed in arm right above a where my elbow bends and its red swollen and it was o ainful but not much anymore plus im a hypothyroid person who hasn't had my pills in months and been ashamed to go get it renewed because i dont want public or government to see me as abuser
what can i do i dont feel good im weak helka swollen in throat as well as mh missed meth shot my feet swollen body weak please help
what can i do immediately while i build my courage up to go to hospital
