I Need Some Answers I Have Been To The Emergency

i need some answers I have been to the emergency room a few times and they aren't giving me any diagnosis but things that don't make any sense. My symptoms are severe upper abdominal pain and bloody stools and just blood instead of stool coming out also pain about fifteen to thirty minuites after eating. I have had a colonoscopy and small good polyps were found and some hemmroids found last year and I have had ultrasounds and CT scans performed and still no answers.
