I Pitched In Little League Baseball When I Was 12

i pitched in little league baseball when i was 12 years old. one time i heard a pop in my back then pain when throwing, which ended my pitching days. the pain only comes when i throw a baseball, i am 51 years old, now and still have pain when throwing.
