I Play Softball Ive Been Playing For The Past Five

i play softball ive been playing for the past five years. my right shoulder has always had pain to it but i would keep going now everytime i throw or pitch or even hit i have a huge sharp pain and it hurts to lift is the pain shifts all the way to my hand.
