I Quit Smoking A While Back I Was Having Bad

i quit smoking a while back i was having bad anxiety so i called my doctor and and he put me on venlafaxine er 75mg they wasn't working so he uped it too 150mg well i started getting cravings to smoke so i went back to 75mg then i just quit them and started smoking again i was fine for a minute then i got real sick i got pnomnia and i told him i quit taking the pills he told me i need to start them again i did then the cravings came back so i quit them and been doing good till yesterday my mind keep messing with me got bad anixiety keep feeling like i'm dying so i had a cig it helps for a minute but now the feelings back and i don't want to smoke but it seems to be the only cure what can i do start the pills again or what
