I Recently Found Out That I Have High Risk Hpv

i recently found out that i have high risk hpv that causes cervical cancer. I have been in a relationship with my boyfriend for months and we have been having unprotected sex. Does that mean he most likely has high risk hpv too? Does this mean we cant have oral sex anymore? Can he re-infect me after i get a normal pap smear back?
