I Recently Had A Cbc Done. I Get Yearly Cbc

i recently had a cbc done. I get yearly cbc checks and every time they have low wbc. my recent cbc showed low wbc's again but this time they found high percentage of myelocytes in my blood. What does this mean since both related to bone marrow? Should i be concerned?
