I Recently Just Fished My Period And Straight After My

i recently just fished my period and straight after my vagina and labia started to become really itchy and the next day (today) it isn't so much itchy just really sensitive and sore. Do i need to get medication or should i just wait and see if it goes away (its been happening for 2 days) Thanks
