I Recently Trimmed A Tree W/moss In It. I Felt

i recently trimmed a tree w/moss in it. i felt something sharp in my head but didnt think much of it till today i feel a bump my husband said it was full of pus an squeezed it! it is painful even when i touch it! my daughter said it looks like a bunch of red dots and that something white may be inside of it? she doesnt see any opening either as if i was biten? its been five days bit just now felt the bump?
