I Recently Was Shoveling And Hit Myself With The Shovel

i recently was shoveling and hit myself with the shovel in my esophoges and it it very tender and at times hard to breathe. i am okay during the day at times short of breathe hard to sleep . i had bariatric surgery 8 years ago so I am not able to take any anti flammatory meds.
