I Recently Was Told My Blood Pressure Was In Question

i recently was told my blood pressure was in question and to start eating healthy--avoiding salt, caffeine---i have always been a poor health eater--for the last week i have changed my eating habits completely. Today i woke up with a stomach ache--my stomach hurts if i apply light pressure---actually feels like a horrible case of the cramps but i am 63 and do not have those anymore. It hurts more on the left than the right.
