I Shot Meth And The Neeedle Flaggged And The Hit

i shot meth and the neeedle flaggged and the hit started going in and felt fine then all the sudden i got a very intense burning sensation start and the injection sit and shoot up my arm to my fingers, the area swelled up and looks kind of like a hives, did i blow a vein i have missed before and gotten what looks like a tennis ball under my skin but nothing like this ?
