I Started Taking B2 Tablets On And Off These Past

i started taking B2 tablets on and off these past 2 months and in the past week a smoky smell kind of sulfur odor comes out of my left nostril when i try to push air out of my nose. I do not have a cold. And any small dot of liquid that comes out has a pungent odor
