I Started With A Bad Cold And Have Been Having

i started with a bad cold and have been having high fever for the past three days (102 to 103.5) I am 64 years old female. Have back ache heay head swelling in the eyes tiredness. I have been advised to take hifen 200Dt and lumerax 80 twice a day. my fever profile showed platelet count 1,59,000, monocytes 12, haematocrit 34.7, total red blood cells 4.02, haemoglobin 11.9 and total white blood cell 2800
