I Suffered From 2nd Miscarriage 8 Days Back (26th February

i suffered from 2nd miscarriage 8 days back (26th February 2016) of 7 weeks pregnancy and underwent d&e on the same day. first miscarriage was on 16th October 2015 of 8 weeks pregnanvy and had to undergo d&e during that time also. Though i suffered no pain during first miscarriage, this time even afer 8 days i experience mild cramps in lower abdomen and severe knee, ankle and shin bone pain. Besides, i experience pain in other joints as well now and then. Can you please advise me cause and e=remedy for the same?
