I Take Several Blood Presure Meds Such As Clonidine And

i take several blood presure meds such as clonidine and metrproal and my doc has prescribed nabumetone for my back pain .......i have been drinking alot of beer this wekend and not much water at all i feel no pain but i just passed alot of blood in my stool ...should i go to er ...i have contacted my doc via my chart and ill most likely get a call in the morn .......in the mean time i am cosuming alot of water and lam haveing alot of muussle twiching in my mid back and left arm pit
